"We were upgraded to a fabulous 2 bed suite. The staff are amazing, so helpful. The restaurants produce high quality food. We’ve stayed in this hotel before and it is consistently a high quality experience. The downsides are low water pressure which meant showering takes a long time and the condition of the beach, lots of plastic debris and there was an algae bloom during our trip, completely out of anyone’s control of course, but the beach should be cleaned daily. The hotel should focus more on reducing the use of single use plastic water bottles, they use 1000’s a day and there are better, more cost effective options. . Oman is expensive to visit so travellers should be aware of the costs involved when planning their trip. We used to live here so were prepared."

"Brilliant hotel, convenient for short or long transit. Good wifi. Close to airport and easily accessible by bus. Friendly and helpful staff; they remember us from previous visits. Good restaurant in the hotel and others nearby, plus an excellent supermarket just a few minutes away on foot."
