Our biggest frustration was with Gael the owner. €190 worth of extra costs, were not detailed until after our booking, and the host threatened to cancel if we didn't pay them. "The Orion was very comfortable, clean, quiet and well appointed. It is also very well located in regard to bus and train stops, allowing for us to get to our daughter’s apartment (and many other places) quickly and conveniently. We enjoyed having it as a place to retreat to at the end of the day and have a leisurely morning routine. Mage bakery and Coop grocery store gave us great options for eating “at home!”"

"The chalet is really nice, the amenities provide everything necessary to enjoy your stay. The location is a quick walk into town but there is also a bus stop just outside.The hosts were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay."

"Exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and a short walk away from Saint Gervais town Square. Lots of restaurant choices and places to rent skis. From where we rented our skis in the town Square we hopped on the town’s free bus that took us over to the Saint Gervais upper gondola,, easy peasy. At the end of the day, we rode the bus back to the town Square where we stored our skis for the night. We skied both San Gervais and Maev with ease.
