"A pesar de la "reservación sin costo" de Expedia, me indicaron un día antes que teniamos que apartar pagando la mitad de la habitación o no se nos tomaría en cuenta, CON TODO Y ESO, indicamos que nuestra llegada sería tarde y aún así nos asignaron una habitación que no era la que habíamos reservado, argumentando que "fuimos los últimos en llegar y era la que quedaba"..." tienen habitación, ¿no? No le veo el problema", expresó el dueño. Horrible estar reservando previamente para llegar a lidiar...

"Beautiful position and grounds. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Rooms well appointed, beds comfortable. Loved our stay. Only difficulty was the disabled access, the wood plank paths in hotel and surrounding cobbled streets were hard for elderly mother to negotiate "
