"We spent two nights at the gites with a group of 20. We don't speak French, but we wanted to see Mont Saint Michel. The manager didn't speak English, so we had a communication problem from the beginning. We needed sheets , and the cleaning fee did not seem optional, so the cost was higher than I anticipated from the ad. The gites were clean and secure. There was ample dishes for cooking and meals. "A very simple cabin, clean and pleasant. We made the mistake of trying to find it in the dark and wouldn’t have been able to do it without the help of other guests. The cabin itself was bare-bones but enough for our needs and had a nice back porch. Screens would have been nice to keep out the mosquitoes."
