"This is our 2nd stay at John’s place and we intend to continue making it an annual visit! It’s centrally located near many things to do in Lancaster County and close to conveniences as needed. The home is immaculately clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. We would recommend for those traveling as a family or with a group of friends. We love this home and enjoy working with the owners very much. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Fabulous townhome a stones throw away from a beautiful river walking path. The house was perfect for our family of 6. The host was fantastic and so quick with responses. The host provided so many extras! If in the area, we would love to stay again. "

"Clean, ready, host good communications. We had a great visit in Kennett Square. Wish we could have visited a mushroom farm. Nixon park is lovely with easy walking trails. Street parking was convenient, right in front! Lots and of police looking to write tickets. 25 mph is strictly enforced. Thanks"

"We were in town visiting family and this was a great place for us. Lay out worked great for our family (two teenagers) and the house itself was very nice. Communication was 10/10. Would definitely come back!"

Downingtown Manor is a 1900's farmhouse sitting on 2.6 acres of scenic land overlooking the Brandywine creek.

"We stayed here for my sister’s 79th birthday as she loves farmhouses. It was very clean and so comfortable and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our time there. "

"The house is cute and clean small house perfect for 9. Comfortable clean linens were provided. Easy to get to. Close to food and easy to get to University of Delaware. Host was easy to get in touch with. The only thing was no TV at all but we enjoyed our time."

"Beautiful property with gorgeous views! Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds and furniture, and thoughtful amenities (e.g. bathrooms stocked with soaps and shower essentials). Is now our go-to rental for the area and have already booked a return visit!"

"The house was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a family event and needed a place for 8 adults and 4 children and this was perfect. Lots of space to spread out with a great rec room that kept both kids and adults entertained during down time. The neighborhood was beautiful and had easy access to area restaurants and shopping. Close to many area attractions. It was the perfect location to have close proximity to points of interest and then return to at end of day to a relaxing...

"House has recently been recently renovated and is beautiful and very comfortable!! Owners have gone above and beyond to make you comfortable. Definitely a rebook for me!! Convenient location as well, convenience store and restaurant walking distance. Live music at the restaurant certain nights. I’m amazed how they got those comfortable beds upstairs!!"
