"Nice room with outdoor sitting space. Comfortable bed. Good location close to old city Annecy. Good breakfast on terrace overlooking the lake. Parking nearby is scarce so booking the underground parking at the hotel proved convenient, although ramp down is a bit tight. "

The person who helped us most frequently at the front desk (Romain Aranda?) was especially helpful. The space was comfortable and clean. The airport shuttle was very handy."

"Fantastic stay for the Geneva Marathon. Hotel was conveniently placed for station and all other areas we needed to get to. Staff very welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble from getting extra pillows to borrowing scissors. Nice touch being able to have tea/coffee, juice and croissant for breakfast at only 5CHF. Would definitely recommend. "
