"We loved staying here! The view to the beach was so beautiful and so easy to get to. The resort itself offered all the things. Main dining room was great and the staff was soooo nice! My husband hurt his foot pretty bad in the ocean and the staff let us borrow the crutches they had and told us where a pharmacy to get other supplies we needed. The only hard part was staying on the ocean front view room at night - the ocean was sooo loud and would wake us up every night due to the big waves crashing. We even use white noise and still got woken up. Other then that we loved our stay and would stay there again!!"

"There were very few parking spots, and you needed to slide a heavy gate open and shut as you drove or walked on and off the property. However, a small inconvenience. The rooms were pleasantly updated and lovely. We really enjoyed out stay there."

"This VRBO was an excellent fit for out family: me, my spouse, and our two young adult children. We were together and yet had plenty of privacy- 3 bathrooms (fantastic showers) and 3 large comfortable beds! Ben is a wonderful host, providing great advice and recommendations, easy to contact at any time. We rented a car for our trip but rarely used it while in Avellanas, preferring to walk rather than ride around on rough roads. There is quite a variety of dining options that are 5-10 min walk. We cooked a few meals at the house as well. The stove works well. Beach access down the road and through Cabinas de Las Olas was a nice walk, especially when rewarded by magnificent surf and gorgeous sunsets. "

"The staff is awesome - very customer friendly. The food is exquisite and they even offer another dining option for downtown during your visit which is great if you want to try something different. The property is well maintained, we love the private beach and all of the jungle life - the groundskeepers do a great job! Everyone is so nice!"
