Yes, this is a vacation, and the 'Island' awaits, Golfing, zip lining, scuba diving, swimming, fishing, hiking, para-sailing, miniature golfing, glass-bottom boat rides, dinner cruises, shopping, fine restaurants, and so much more.

NOTE: There is a two-night minimum stay for weekends due to the high volume of inquiries. We appreciate your understanding!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Bahai Penthouse B45. The unit is very spacious and had everything we needed for 4 adults and a toddler. The condo is well decorated, the kitchen is large and fully stocked, and the views are gorgeous. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place
This was a great, upgraded condo, above and away from the noise and traffic of downtown Avalon, but still walkable to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and Kim was fantastic to work with. We will definitely stay here again next trip back.

Superb location and lodging!
This was our second stay at Kim's condo and we loved every minute of it. The condo is in great condition and is just the right distance from the center of Avalon. She is very easy to work with and we definitely plan on staying with her again.

Great Location and Views
My group rented both condos. It was perfect for our stay. The views were amazing, the golf carts were a bonus, but you can really walk anywhere on the island from the condo. Kim was an awesome communicator. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was as advertised and more. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and the view was lovely. We had everything we needed. Having the cart was a real bonus. We would definitely book again.

This property is priced very reasonably! Good location, close to everything and property is well stock with the kitchen necessities ! Most importantly this property comes with your own transportation! Golf cart no need to rent ! Well recommended and will come back soon.

This place is great. The view of the harbor is amazing from both balconies and it is very comfortable inside. Only downside for us was all the stairs. There are stairs to get in the unit and a flight inside. Certainly doable but my arthritic knee was doing a lot of complaining. Nonetheless a beautiful and comfortable clean place with a view. Well done.

Great stay at Catalina
Beautiful views, clean, stylish and spacious unit with an easy walk to the main boardwalk. We really enjoyed our stay, and felt like we were home. The pool wasn’t working but we didn’t need the pool and we were ok with not having it. The golf cart was a very nice addition, we were able to cruise up the hill for scenic tour. Loved our stay! Areas to Improve for future Guests
One of the bathroom sinks in the master did not drain properly. On the utility cart that was provided, the tags were expired, also the engine kept backfiring and the ignition slot for the key needs repair. It was difficult to get it in and to turn on. Unit had a great view. All in all it was a great place to stay..

Nice condo, good location within walking distance to downtown Avalon.
Nice property, was clean and had most everything we needed. In the master bedroom the tv would only play DVDs, no regular tv. Would have liked to have seen the local news and weather from this room. The provided golf cart was a nice addition although we only used it the last day. Over all we would rent it again if we ever go back to Catalina.

Lovely home with a great view
Overall it was great! Beautiful view. The only thing was the cleanliness. 2nd bedroom sheets did not look changed and hair was found in bed sheets. I found other sheets and changed but other than that, it was awesome. Walking around was great and plenty of room in place and great community. Very lovely.

Bahia Vista Buena
The unit we stayed in at Bahia Vista had many upgrades which was nice. The views from the two balconies were great. Having a golf cart available to use was also helpful, though I wish we could have parked it on the street at Bahia Vista overnight. Only two minor complaints about the place : I wish we were given 2 door keys, not one. And the screen sliders need to be replaced.

FANTASTIC OWNERS
The property has one of the best views on the island and the owners are FANTASTIC communicators and honest I might lose the money I paid booking the reservation and within minutes the owners CALLED ME to say if I MIGHT want to cancel which put my mind at ease IMMEDIATELY. SO GLAD WE WENT!!!! We love the owners and the property, I don't want to say more for fear it might be booked up all the time and we can't get back in...LOL

Golf cart cruising
We loved our stay in Catalina! This particular location allowed us to use their golf cart which was one of our favorite activities! Great space with an amazing view of Avalon! The only hitch for us was the stairs - lots of stairs to get to the condo and then lots of stairs within the condo. - this a bit hard with an eighteen month old who loves going up and down stairs, but who needs constant supervision. But everything else was just perfect! Thank you!

We had stayed in this property in 2018 experiencing less desirable conditions. Anticipated watching football over holiday weekend only to find no access. Poor internet connection as well. Contacted management and cable company. Unable to resolve problem. Microwave handle broken, grill had not been cleaned, ice machine did not work, etc. and as returning guests did not receive discount. We did enjoy Catalina but very disappointed with vrbo property.

Peaceful Avalon
This was a delightful, clean place to stay with wonderful views. The golf cart was a huge bonus. Condo is large with a well equipped kitchen. If you like soft mattresses you will sleep well. Communication with host was excellent.

Great location, walkable, the golf cart was a very nice added bonus. Love having the outside balcony and great views. Very nice pool and Jacuzzi. Vons grocery store was close by where we were able to cook dinner one night. But all the restaurants went to were awesome.
