You need to go to another nearby hotel to check in and get the keys. But the owners worked with us to do an online check in, the previous day, and left the key for us at the location in a secure box. "Anna was a superb host! It was my first time traveling internationally, and she made it a very welcoming stay with her warm demeanor. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and a guest mobility card is provided (different from summer card). I booked a double room which is small (I expected as such) but still very clean. Close to all the main transportation areas and walkable to downtown and Lake Zell. The view from my window was picturesque. Highly recommend!"

"Incredible, warm service and beautiful breakfasts with homemade ingredients, and lovely dinners (with the half board option) made this a memorable stay. Ingrid and Michael (owners/managers?) and the head housekeeper Slady each went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. The gingham duvets and pillow cases were charming, but the towels, oddly, were a bit threadbare."
