"The landlord made the check in process very simple. The house is older but was spotless. We had all the dishes and cookware we needed for feeding six adults and three children. "I rented this house because it was a great deal and close to where my son was getting married. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was good size and had a lot of counter space (which we used while assembling goodie bags). People that flew in early or had later flights, were able to wait with us. The only issue I found was the driveway which we were warned about. All our questions were answered immediately before and during our trip. I would recommend this to all my family and friends. "

"This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....

"This little home is very homey. It feels relaxing and like going to my mom's house: great kitchen with all the tools and gadgets to stay home and prepare meals; back porch and large backyard; and a front porch to enjoy. The small dining room is perfect for intimate dinners and the cozy living room is great for lounging and visiting. We have stayed here twice and plan to attempt to attempt to book each time we find yourself in Searcy, Arkansas."

"Well done! This is one of the cleanest VBRO homes that I have been to. Chef's kiss for upkeep! The yard is absolutely amazing & little side patio is cute, although I wish there was something comfy to sit on out there so I could read in the mornings. The home itself was very modest & cute & definitely worth the price. Two things I wish were different: #1 is we didn't find the beds comfortable. #2 is we felt that there were rooms where the furniture could have been more practical for the space....

"Myself and 5 colleagues traveled to Little Rock for an educational conference. We loved the spaciousness of this home and all 6 of us had a bed of our own! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the location was close to where our convention was being held. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean place to relax-this is the place for you! The owner was also easy to reach, and they reached out to make sure our stay was perfect! "

"It was everything the ad said it was. got to see the strawberry moon in full view out over the pasture land. the cows are a little rude ( lol ) they dont get in any hurry to move out of the way but just tell them they are headed to the butcher shop and they will move. All and All it was a great experience."
