"The hotel is in a great location. Its clean and very well run. The staff was great! The only negative was them reaching out to us to find out our arrival time and then telling us that there would be a $40 surcharge to check in at 1pm instead of 3pm once we arrived. They could have told us in advance since they had our ETA. It semed like a petty attempt at a money grab and it was insulting to a guest who was spending a decent amount already as they had rooms available..."
