"This place is very cute and nestled in a quieter area outside of Denver and Boulder. The hosts were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. The bathroom was also very well stocked and lots of linen in case you need to set up the sofa bed."

The bathroom fan comes on 5 seconds after you flip the switch. The living room is colder then the bedroom. I had the bedroom at 68*f, and living room was at 70*f. "My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges.
