If both elevators from train station up to room are not working (2 levels up side of mountain) take a taxi with your luggage—too many steps up with luggage. Grazie for a great stay:)"

Also has a rooftop bar which provides wonderful views of the promenade along the waterfront. Very clean and friendly place to stay…. No parking on site, but hotel has an agreement with a parking garage less that a block away."

"I think the hotel should indicate that there are more than 50 steps to reach your room. Furthermore, when you reserve the address that is given is not the address where you will be staying. So the nice building shown is not where you will be staying. The information should be more transparent."
