Amenities as described, we were disappointed at the lack of toiletries as the cute toiletry bottles were one of the deciders between this flat and one of similar price. Photos are doctored for colour; it's nowhere near as orange as it appears! We also had the impression it was bigger from the photos. "We had a lovely 2 night stay here- place was spotless and all amenities catered for. Lovely quiet area and we walked in and out to St Andrews centre. Only criticism would be the main bedroom only has a patio door for ventilation which can’t be left open all night. There were no other options to open a window. This room has the boiler and the water heater so we found the room was far too warm during the night."

"I cannot say enough nice things about this cottage, its location, and Evelyn. My son and I came to move him into University of St. Andrews. This cottage was the perfect location - just far enough to decompress from the move-in process at the University. Evelyn is absolutely wonderful. She is very responsive, kind, cheerful and helpful.
