"Great stay! Stayed at this hotel due to its closeness to Pine Knob Ski Resort. We wanted a pool for our littles but the hot tub and sauna were amazing for the older kids and adults after a day of skiing! Only downsides were the hooks in the bathroom kept falling off the wall and the front area staff weren’t the most welcoming. But overall a wonderful choice for our family !"

"Overall very nice and I would stay here again. We had a couple issues (door handle was janky and the tv remote didn’t work and needed to be switched out) but the room was very spacious and comfy/clean. The pool however looked directly out of a low budget hotel. Heat was broken in the room itself so it was freezing when you got in or out of the pool, it was not clean around the pool (literally a pipe sticks out?!) and the towels were the size of a hand towel.. "It was very good the only problem was one of the front desk service desk person he was very rude to the customers and when we asked for clean towels we were told we had to get them from house keeping but we never seen house keeping so we had to wash our own towels"
