"Staff is very nice. My only complaint was the very expensive amount you charge for pets. I understand it involves more cleaning. But the pet charge was more than the room charge. We respect other people’s property and take care that we don’t damage anything. I know a lot of people don’t do that. "

"This facilty is new and attractive. The staff is very efficient and friendly. There are no phones in the room; they expect everyone to have a "smart phone"---I don't! Therefore, I could not access staff nor have a wake-up call. (A friendly staff member brought me an electric alarm clock, but I missed the alarm and got up late.) There were no pens or paper in the rooms and no printed material about the facilities or services. The bathroom and shower were well designed for a senior (I am 90), but there was only a small tube of "bodywash" for my shower. The towels were austere. Happily, there is a great restaurant very nearby---The Bistro Nota. "

"For the price I was pleased with how clean everything was including the lobby, room, linen, towels and bathtub/shower combination. Since there was no breakfast, I appreciated having a fridge/freezer and microwave in the room."

"The pool gets cleaned on Mondays so it wasn't open until 5pm. Other than that, we loved this place!"
