"As far as the “area” around the property, in all fairness to Sanger Inn, there is a LOT of highway construction going on AND a lot of new businesses moving close by. I had a room to the front of the property and could hear the traffic on one of the busiest highways. (i35-North to OK). It didn’t really bother me but if you are a light sleeper, request a room to the back, further away from the noise of the traffic. For the cost, I had a very pleasant stay. Clean. "Hotel staff is very friendly and accomodating. Room was nice but could use a good cleaning. Head board is covered in dust. All of our towels and washcloths had dark stains on them. They were kind enough to give us clean towels fresh out of the dryer, which had stains on them as well. We were here for a business trip. My wife stayed in the room to work remotely while was away working for the day. I believe this is the first hotel we've ever stayed at that did not have any kind of table or chair...
