"Beautiful property in a rural and quiet setting"

"We had a one week stay beginning of September. The pool is great, lovely garden and very quiet. Everything you need and more is present, wifi is fast. Kitchen is very well equipped and anything required to prepare a meal is available."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Villa, with a heated pool for the children (two girls aged 9 and 12), ping pong table and boule for entertainment. An outdoor grill, table outside (and in), parking is easy, lovely trails for running recommended by Paul. The villa is close to the town, just a short walk (15 mins downhill), where you have lovely boutique shops and restaurants. We also booked a canyoning trip. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Paul for being a great host."

"This villa is in a quiet corner of the village of Lavilledieu, yet is convenient for all the Ardeche has to offer. All the rooms are on one floor, and in particular include a large conservatory which opens fully into a small patio which is ideal for eating out. The hosts are very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. In fact my son was lent a bike to explore part of the countryside at no cost! The pool is also very inviting."

"Wir waren diesen Sommer mit 10 Personen im Alter von 17-21 Jahren dort. Die Lage des Hauses war sehr gut, so lange man eine leichte Angelegenheit mag. Für Einkäufe benötigt man ein Auto, die Landschaft und Umgebung kann man sehr gut zu fuss erkunden. Die Schlüsselübergaben erfolgten problemlos. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es keine Schwierigkeiten oder Probleme. Gerne würden wir dort noch einmal unseren urlaub verbringen."

"We stayed here during the heatwave that was crossing Europe. A little worried about this, in fact there was no need. The pool was perfect and no problem with it not being heated. The villa was wonderfully airy and you could get a great breeze running through it. We had a problem with a door at one point but our hosts got someone in to fix it immediately. You are 5 minutes from the local intermarche so getting provisions was dead easy. Was a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend"

"A l'arrivée, la maison sentait le renfermé et l'humidité, une partie de la vaisselle pas lavée, on a du mettre toute la vaisselle à laver avant de pouvoir s'en servir, la chambre à l'étage est insalubre, infiltration d'eau, l'extérieur de l’armoire en bois était vert de moisissures, le drap-housse n'a pas été lavé, il était plein de tache,on n'a pas pu y dormir, avec ma femme on a du dormir dans les lit superposés, odeur insupportable et dangereuse pour la santé, draps sale trouvé sous un lit,...
