"There was nothing to like. When we drove up to the property we were concerned. We went in and right away we were worried the place was so dirty and run down. I had the picture of the room on Expedia and showed it to the manager and asked if they had one like it, he looked totally surprised and made a funny noise. Our room was gross. Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel

"Stayed in an Empire State Club room which was excellent with good views over the lake and Disneyland. Breakfast in the Club lounge was very good as was the included afternoon tea. Nice to come back from the parks and enjoy complementary hot or soft drinks in the lounge. Would definitely stay at this hotel again."
