"It was a bait and switch. As we landed in Ca received message our rental was unavailable and another in its place. Replaced home was substandard. Carpet filthy, no supplies ie dishwasher soap, shower gel etc. rate on website was lower than we were charged. Asked for the difference of $500. No response from owner"

"place was good and spacy. needed more detailed inform for the basic things. person to communicate about small things like where, why, how, things like that. wifi (?) lighting front outside etc. but thankful the place was good and enjoyable."

"The house was comfortable, clean, neat, clutter free, and well stocked with everything a family of 7 would need from kitchen items to ample towels, to board games. The Keurig was a bonus! The location was perfect with shopping and restaurants close by. Jerry was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I accidently left something and it was mailed to me right away. We will definitely stay there again during our next visit. Mahalo Jerry for a wonderful stay!"
