They made some great restaurant suggestions and helped with information to day trip to Mt Pilatus. Our beautiful room had 2 windows that opened up to the plaza and fountain below, but was surprisingly noisy (loud people outside at night). It’s in a great location, but not in a main foot traffic area. I would definitely stay there again!"
