"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Japan. Super convenient to the train station, shops and restaurants. The cafe in the lobby had plenty of delicious pastry options and staff were so helpful. The interior was tasteful and well considered. It seems like a very new hotel, and was very clean."

"This is a beautiful hotel located in Yokohama Bay. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and professional. There is a nice shopping mall next to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We stayed for three nights and it was marvellous. It is a larger, more hotel like ryokan but still has a very tranquil atmosphere, and was great for families like ours. There are two public onsen — they switch between men and women daily — and both are spacious and serene. It was such an experience soaking in the onsen under the stars, looking out onto the mountains. The rooms are spacious and the private balcony bath which fills with hot spring water at the touch of a button is a lovely touch. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both very good for buffet offerings. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help."

"My family of 3 stayed at the Hyatt Regency Yokohama for 4 nights. We loved how big our room was and the efficient layout. Soaking in the large tub at the end of the day was a major plus. This hotel is centrally located to the subway and only a short walk to Chinatown. I would definitely recommend. "
