"A mile or two up a fairly bumpy and broken road off the main thoroughfare to Atlixco you will arrive at Rio Tinto, an oasis behind pristine white walls and gated entrance. The hotel opened just about a month ago, and everything is in immaculate condition. There are only 17 rooms built around a garden courtyard through which flows a lovely man-made stream with gurgling fountains. We stayed in one of the junior suites and enjoyed the clean modern decore, comfy bedding, and super spacious shower...
