"We booked a 3 day stay for a hockey tournament with the rest of the team. The hotel was accommodating with the use of the conference room. The rooms were clean, the beds are comfortable, breakfast was good, blah, blah, blah...all the things you would expect a good hotel to be. What sets them apart to me was their customer service. We won the championship that weekend and since we were 8 hours away from home, we decided to book another night. There was an issue with booking and I contacted Hotels.com customer service. At the time, I felt the most convenient option for me was to cancel and get a different room somewhere else. Boy was I wrong. I went in to make sure that the hotel was not going to charge me for the night while customer service was contacting them. Laz, the Front Dest Agent assured me, after checking, that I would be able to get a room. He informed customer service that he would take care of it and he delivered. He was very thorough in explaining the issue with the booking. We left for the game and came back and our room, which again met expectations, was waiting for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
