The house has been (mostly) remodeled with a gourmet kitchen and in addition to central air, also included individual portable air conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms which was wonderful. The back view opening up to the marsh was delightful. It was a great place to come back to after a stressful day out to just chill out and enjoy. "

"There’s was 4 adults and a dog and had plenty of room its is a remodeled cute place with the river right across the street for fishing out swimming. we enjoyed the cool water in the river if you like meeting new people and hang out in the river this is the house for you. "

"The property was very nice. A little creek runs through the back yard, there were lots of birds, some snapping turtles and a few geese in the neighborhood. The house is very comfortable, all the beds had great mattresses. The owner was excellent at communication. We would definitely stay there again if in the area."

"I enjoyed my abbreviated stay (weather nixed round 2 of a golf tourney). Fabulous proximity to Sanctuary Golf Club. Many areas of the home look newly renovated and wonderful. It was just me, so I didn't pay attention to the guest room section at all - look elsewhere for information about that. Looks like the kitchen will be the final area to get an update, but it had everything I needed. You will need your own spices and condiments, including salt and pepper. Easy-peasy check-in and check-out."

"The house is beautiful and had tons of space so we didnt feel like we were on top of each other. Its thr only house in the area, which can be polarizing but that was appealing to us. You can't beat the views of the Sidney Lanier bridge. I'm planning on staying here again with a group of friends. "
