I chose this place for a few hours between my flights arrival and my cruise , and I can say it was in a nice neighborhood close to the port . The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The place was clean, with a comfortable bed, and most importantly, a good elevator and high security in the building.Wishing success for the company and its team.

It was an excellent place for our first time in Athens. Shopping and good restaurants at walking distance. Hotel looks more than an Airbnb apartment with large room, dinning, bathroom and living room areas. Owner and staff were able at all time to fill our needs.

Checking-in system was confusing because it's part staffed and part smartphone operated. Elevator/lift was old and unsafe. Surrounding neighborhood, like most of modern Athens is falling apart, neglected or vandalised.

Very nice hotel. Definitely didn’t look like anything special from the outside but once inside it was definitely very nice. Woman at the front desk was so incredibly kind and helpful. Felt very safe and secure. Room was super spacious, and clean. Great wifi as well.

Everything was great. The door lock wasn’t very secure. So did not feel very safe. But overall great. The host was very efficient in responding and the room was clean and comfortable.

Large spacious rooms, not really a fan of accommodations with no staff after 3pm, probably a level of service now thanks to COVID Good we arrived before they left, entrance to building and rooms required explanation and assistance which were provided perfectly by friendly courteous staff

A home away from home
We arrived in Athens rather late but had received an email explaining to us how to access our room, so we weren't worried about the time. When we got there, we were able to get in very easily and get to our room. I use the term 'room' lightly because this was a full-size apartment! Very clean and well-appointed. Our stay was comfortable, and the room was really charming. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice stay that is homier than a standard hotel. I do wish the air conditioner had been a touch stronger but that wasn't too worrisome.

Some confusion but satisfied.
We didn't get our email with the room and outer door codes. The phone number on the hotels.com papers was incorrect but a nice couple that was staying at the hotel happened to come shortly after we arrived and they help us connect with the hotel's personnel, who was very nice and got us straightened out. The room is large, clean and comfortable. It was nice to finally get a hot shower and rest after a very long day flying and airport waiting.

The “suite” is huge. Kind of an odd modern space with no walls separating living and bedroom. But it was fine. The only downside is the air conditioning unit is on the other side of the space from the bed and living room. But it did eventually get cool. Loved the space though. Huge shower. The app and the door code were easy to use, even with a late night arrival. Not very close to the ferry terminals. A bit of a haul with luggage. But not totally the worst. I’d recommend for a nice unique spot in Athens. Needs an ironing board and an iron.

Very difficult to gain access using the phone app you have to download. There are no staff onsite. So if you go out and phone dies you cannot get into the building. The pictures do not reflect the room. No extra pillows as per the pics. The aircon was poor. The room was far too hot. Emailed the hotel to complain and had no response. Had to leave the city tax on the desk with a note. I would not recommend this apartment. They say there a nice rainfall shower. This is not true. And what was in the shower was poor. Very noisy hardly slept due to heat and noise

Extremely disappointed with Exp for allowing this hugely misleading listing on their site. (As an advertiser, this is highly important to us!) The photos on the site were nice, acceptable, had a kitchen, near the Cruise Port. 1. Listing/Property Title "Pireaus Premium Suites Hotel": This is NOT a Hotel. It is an old run-down apartment building. It has NO ammenities, no reception, no food, no lobby. 2. Filthy: i took photos of every disgusting corner in this unit. It was NOTHING like the photos in the Expedia site. The walls were bare, furnishings were very cheap, VERY low-end. It was much more like a tasteless dorm room than a "Premium Suite." 3. Kitchen: We enjoy kitchen units all over the world because I love cooking with local ingredients when we travel. This 'kitchen' was useless. No cupboards/cabinets. Countertop had a coffee pot (with no coffee condiments - except tons of stir sticks?!?) A LOUD but tiny countertop fridge. No dishes, no glasses, not even a microwave oven. 4. Need an app to open bldg door AND the unit door. We had to wait to enter the bldg AND the unit every time we left bc we had to wait for the app connection to kick in. What was 'sold' to us on the Exp Site was a clear mis-representation that was so blatent that it was clearly intended to be misleading. As avid global travelers, we are not accustomed to being disappointed in facilities. We have NEVER submitted a bad review, EVER. WARNING TO TRAVELERS: Don't go here.
