"Beautiful manor tastefully decorated. Our welcome was flat, almost unwelcoming. We learned the King’s room we booked and paid for had been given to someone else and she blamed the booking calendar after confusion at being given a key to the wrong “other” room and sitting in the hallway with our luggage trying to contact her made me downright angry. "This was perfect for up to four adults. Two separate rooms with two separate bathrooms, nice kitchen, eating area, living room, and a little balcony overlooking the water. Dmitry What’s the manager, and was incredibly helpful on check-in and during our stay. Far enough from city center to miss the crowds, but plenty nearby, including the promenade. Will return!"

"We upgraded our room, so it was fantastic. The courtesy car driver was absolutely great! I think the hotel could work on its housekeeping…you don’t get refills of anything, creamers for coffee, salts for the bath, or even toilet paper. I would stay there again, but breakfasts need to improve."
