"We were booked into this hotel by Orbitz as part of a flight reservation, a hotel for a few hour stop prior to a 3:40 AM flight out of Lima Peru. The hotel had no record of our Orbitz reservation, and so would have charged us their full rate, rather than the highly discounted rate promised by Orbitz as part of the flight package. "It's hard to rate the room at all. We never made it that far. The receptionist wanted to put us on the 3rd floor. There was no elevator. My companion was not able to use the stairs. The lobby looked like it was being remodeled. The name on the outside of the hotel didn't match the name you have, so it was very difficult to find. Not a good experience."
