オーシャンタワー6階、和室10畳に4人で宿泊。壁に付いているテレビの位置が高くて首が疲れてくつろげなかった。夕食は17時か19時20分かに選ぶよう言われたが、花火が見たかったので17時を選択するしかなく、早すぎてお腹もまだ減らず困った。10時チェックアウトは、朝やはりバタバタする(温泉に入りたいので)今時のホテルは11時が多く、温泉地だし朝ゆとりが欲しいので時間を考慮して欲しい。

老夫婦で初めて利用しました。まずオーシャンビューの部屋で部屋の窓から真正面に日の出を見ることができ感動しました。お風呂も広々していて気持ちよかったです。お食事はビュッフェにしましたが、とても食べきれないほどの種類があり、スタッフの方達も親切で感じが良かったです。清潔感あふれているホテルで、今度は孫たちを連れて一緒に行こうと主人と話しています

2度目の宿泊で食事と風呂に関しては満足でした。ただエレベーターは時間帯によって満員で乗れない場合がある。午後から熱海駅へ行くシャトルバスが設定されておらず、路線バスを使うにも本数が少ないので不便。

夫婦2組で利用させていただきましたまず気にいらなかった点ですが、朝食の受け付けの人の態度、いい方が非常に気分悪くなりました色々なホテル行ってますが、この様な気分になるのは、初めてでした大きいホテルなので仕方ないですがエレベーターが中々来ないし、きても乗れないし、平日でもお客さんが多かったので、仕方ないないですがあとは、お風呂が少し遠かったですでもお湯は、とても良いお湯でしたご飯もおいしかったですありがとうございました

素晴らしいロケーションが気に入って、2度目の宿泊です。こんな絶景のホテルは他にないと思います。インフィニティ温泉が、最高！昭和バブルレトロも素敵（笑）バブル感があるのに、庶民的でくつろげます。ただ、ビュッフェが大人数で取るのが大変です😅 翌日、アカオフォレスト（たぶん系列）へいきましたが、そこへの巡回バスや宿泊客割引があると嬉しいと思いました。

ホテルの部屋からの眺めは最高！大きなホテルで温泉旅行を楽しめる感じでした。が…お風呂が3ヶ所あって、それぞれのお風呂からは遠くて不便でした。お風呂で日の出を見ようと早起きしたら激混みでした。ホテルが大きいのに一つ一つのお風呂施設が狭いのが少し残念でした。露天風呂、もう少し大きいといいと思いました。初日の出が見たかったのに、松の木が邪魔して見にくかったので、少し剪定しても良いのかと思います。バイキングはメインのメニューがコレっていうのがないのが少し残念。品数が多くて楽しいのですが、毎回このメニューだったらリピートはなしかな。ローストビーフはイマイチでした。品数増やすよりメインのメニューを充実してもらえるともっと嬉しいです！

以前利用させていただいた時よりも改修などで宿泊部屋なども含めて綺麗になっており、不満なく利用させて頂きました。崖及び海の上での維持管理はもちろん大変な事だと理解しています。利用者の想像を超える空間演出を経営及びスタッフ､関係者の方々をこれからも応援します。熱海をもっとホテルニューアカオから元気にして欲しいです。

オーシャン側の8階の部屋ですが、バイキング会場はオーシャンの２階のため、隣のホライズンお客様が15階で乗車して来るため、8階では常に満員でエレベーターに乗れません。一度15階まで上がらないと行けないこれはかなりのストレスでした
