About use of party space
It is a space that you can enjoy from small people such as large screen screen projector, professional DJ booth, movie appreciation game (Wii, NESC) microphone etc. in the basement to more than 15 people.
Usage is optional and can not be used between 2 o'clock and 6 o'clock in the midnight. It will be available at other times. I will ask if there is use before check-in. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

The unit is all yours to use during your stay, and you will not be sharing the room with any other guests.

You must obey the Japanese manner during staying. (If you can not, you have to check out in case.)
1) It will be sent you after comfirmed your booking that message about check in and explanation of the room. Pleas check messages.
2) In case of you can not use internet during your travell so, please save your smart phone what you need.
If you have not checked our messages before you arrive Japan and call us after you arrive Japan, you will wait for a long time in case.
3) Do not do anything to annoy for neighborhood.
Do not make a noise in the room and at sharing spaces. Especially,be careful your noise in the night time.
Do not invite in the room anyone who is not guest.
Please distinct your rubbish.(BottleCan, Plastic and other)
4) Please gather you rubbish.
5) Do not dye hair in the room, bathroom or dressing room.
6) Do not take any fixtures in the room.
7) If you destroy something in the room, please tell me as soon as possible.
8) Do not stay beyond check out time. If you stay beyond the time limit, we will charge you 5.000 yen as a penalty
9)Accommodation fee for children.
