Looked outside and it appeared someone had been burning something smelled like a camp fire of garbage. "Nicely upgraded hotel in historic building. Walking distance to stores and boardwalk. Very pleasant checkin and nice jazz music playing in lobby. Room was comfortable with upgraded bathroom and couch/seating area. "

"This was our first stay at your property. We were looking for a dog friendly facility, so we appreciated that we could stay there with our little dog. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was very good. The thing that disappointed us was that when we made our reservation, we had chosen a king room on the waterfront side, but when we arrived found out the king room was on the road side. If we wanted waterfront we would need to go with the queen room. "

"What I did not like was the fact, that a Guest tooke at least 5-6 parking stalls, because they came in a huge pick up truck and it was towing a boat. I had to squeeze in a very narrow parking spot very far from my room."
