"We had the most incredible week at the villa. The owner was so friendly and informative about the area and was on hand to sort any issues that we had during our stay. Not that we really had any! The village was an unexpected gem. Very peaceful location with two fantastic restaurants to go to, within a couple of minutes walk. "I stayed here as a group of 10 friends (5 couples). Each room is lovely with an en-suite. The villa itself is a gorgeous renovated property with a great pool, BBQ area and views of Cretan hills. The hosts were very kind, always in hand to provide recommendations and any small issues we had were fixed super quick! Location got 4* simply because it’s slightly remote and a car is needed to get almost anywhere. Nearest shops/bars are a 25 min walk down the hill. But with that does come some peace...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Aetemis and would highly recommend it. The location was perfect to explore the area set in a quiet village, but only 5 minutes in the car to the beach or shops. There were a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance which we enjoyed. The house was huge (the photos don't do it justice), plenty big enough for our party of 3 generations. "Lovely house with large garden and pool, in great central location for sightseeing. Plenty of seating/loungers in sun or shade. Air con, Wi-Fi, shower and BBQ all worked great. Didn’t do much cooking in kitchen but seemed to have most things - except for an ice tray! Good quality towels and bedding, shampoo and shower gel provided.
