"We were meet by Steve the owner who gave us a quick tour of the house and strangely asked us to put our towels in the dryer when we left as he had another party arriving the day we left. Does that mean that they don’t get washed? Check in said 16.00 but I got a call on route to say could we get there 16.30 as he was get a photographer around for a photo shoot. The whole house needs a good clean from top to bottom. Coffee cups dirty chipped. Wine glasses greasy even the dish washer was...

"We had a great time in Onecote/ Brambles Farm. The online photos don't do it justice - it is a really beautifully renovated house, very homely and plenty of space for 3 adults & 3 kids. Two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs (with bathroom next door) so felt very spacious. Immaculate and clean. Hot tub was a huge bonus - we were in every evening, rain or shine. The kids absolutely loved it (age 3, 6, 10). Accommodation stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, etc. Our feedback points are the same...
