"Me and my three friends really enjoyed our stay at this spacious and beautiful townhouse. Check in/out was easy. It was very much the off season and we enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. "

"The property was very nice, my complaints would be, there were too many stairs, stairs to enter the unit, stairs to enter the kitchen, and all the bedrooms were upstairs. My suggestion would be to add safety carpet on the center of the stairs going into the kitchen. They were very slippery. I would also suggest that you get side bed steps to help get on the bed in the master suite, because the bed was so high off the floor. "My group enjoyed our stay at this property. Excellent location near boardwalk. Next to convenient deli. Host messaged us in advance to let us know that the home comes with a small starter supply of toilet paper/paper towels, so renters should consider bringing additional supply for convenience depending on size of group/length of stay."

"Positives of visit were: 1) kitchen while disorganized had lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils 2) the linen package was great 3) TVs & wifi were good 4) the house was acceptably cleanNegatives: 1) we stayed in this house in 2019 and it was tired and worn out then and our for 2024 stay it was REALLY tired and worn out! It needs a complete decorating update! 2) The living room sectional is terrible, old and uncomfortable 3) the porch cushions for some odd reason were stored in the living...

"Three days of golf and two evenings to enjoy OCMD. My only negative is receiving the entry code. I understand the need to safeguard the property, but I had 11 guest that I wanted to know where the condo was and how to enter. No big deal it all worked out well."

"Best stay at the beach ever! Kim provides everything as described and then some. Welcome basket of snacks, water, and a useful items you might not have thought to bring. Complimentary wine and cocktail mixes. The presentation of amenities is so welcoming. The house is perfectly situated for lagoon, beach, biking, and family fun. Kim replies to every and question promptly and with enthusiasm. Thank you Kim (and Kevin) for a memorable week + 2 complimentary days. We cant wait to return next year!!"

Would have been nice on a cool windy evening but otherwise nice n warm. Loved the huge front deck wrapped myself in a quilt and read in the sunshine enjoying the peace and water view. "
