"Bozena is a great host, the apartment is exactly as described and pictured, and the location can not be better. Bozena met us at the apartment and explained which grocery stores she uses, which restaurants she recommends and using a map described the area location and all the major sites. Every historical site in the city is a short walk from the apartment. We were in Sicily for 2 weeks and took a bus to Catania and a train to Cefalù. The train/bus station is a 30mn walk from the apartment....

"Virginia, was a spectacular host. I completely botched the day I was flying out and had to arrive at the property at 0900 instead of 2350. Virginia adjusted smoothly. She had the taxi that was originally scheduled for 2350 moved up to meet us at 0900, she met us at the apartment, and sat with us to go over some of the best attractions and places to eat. "Rosalia and her daughter were there at check in to great us and review the apartment. Very lovely people. The kitchen was nicely stocked, which made settling in easier. The neighborhood is next to the Norman Palace and the main tourist street. It took us 15 minutes to walk from the train station. It is on the noisy side and not in the cleanest part of town. "There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....
