"We cannot fault the Villa in any way. Lots of space, fantastic air conditioning, beautiful gardens and pool, and kitted out with everything you can think of. Massimo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including leaving us staples of food and drink, as well as gifts. We loved the area too. "

"We spent one week at the Villa which we had chosen because of location, tranquillity and accessibility for touring lake Garda - we loved the spectacular views and swimming pool as well as plenty of space for our family. We felt the property could benefit from better ventilation for humidity on the lower floors and with the extreme hot weather, some air cooling or at least cooler fans to make the stay more pleasant. Celeste was prompt in her responses when we needed to reach out. "

Clean, modern bathrooms, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and glasses...what more can I say! We didn't use any of the luxury services we could have ordered on top, but the communication with Novella was great. We would book again in a heatbeat!"

No, it did not have a hot tub - but it turns out that VRBO have been adding this to many of their properties. One of the great surprises that the property now benefits from a continuous supply of filtered water - plain or carbonated We had a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend this property without hesitation. "Pool wurde nach 3 Tagen gereinigt, leider ohne Vorankündigung, plötzlich standen 2 Personen im Garten das war nicht so angenehm. Fliegengitter wären gut. Leider wurde der Rasen nicht gemäht und es sind sehr viele Treppen vorhanden. Ansonsten ist die Lage traumhaft schön und ruhig ( kommt allerdings auf die direkte Nachbarschaft an). Sämtliche Utensilien die man benötigt sind in der Villa vorhanden ( TV allerdings nur auf italienisch möglich ). Der Gardasee und die Altstadt von Sirmione ist...

"Die Lage vom Haus war toll. Allerdings gibt’s keine Klimaanlage im Haus. Es war unerträglich heiß. Dazu kommen noch tausende von Stechmücken. Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären zwingend notwendig. Unschön war auch das man keinen Zugang vom Garten in den See hatte. Fazit insgesamt. Völlig überteuert für das was geboten wurde."

"Wir fanden den Aufenthalt in der Villa Alma super! Alles war sauber und es gab einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Fabrizio war auch super, wir haben sogar einen leckeren Hauswein zum probieren bekommen.Unserer Tochter hat der Pool besonders gut gefallen. Salò ist ca.20-30 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt, Sirmione ca. 45 Minuten. Wir kommen wieder !! Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft !!"

"Our family had a great time at Desansanoloft. It was very spacious for our group. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is 12 min walk to a beautiful train station building. We used trains to go to Milan, Verona and Venice. The little corner store provided fresh groceries for our needs. We used Lidl store which is 5 min away by car, for bigger grocery shopping. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs. "This hotel had an amazing atmosphere and a great location to old town. The hotel itself is magnificent with a lot of options and beautiful location. The only downfall we encountered was the room was too hot when we asked to lower the temperature they unlocked it, but the room was still so hot that we could not sleep. The vent was actually pushing out hot air. They have notices to avoid having windows open because of bugs but our choice was essentially bugs or melt. Aside from this, it was a beautiful hotel, all staff were very friendly, and the location is the best for views and walkability to the top views. Highly recommend but maybe ask for a fan in your room at night. "
