"Chiara called us before arrival to see what time we thought we would be arriving and that we would need a car due to the remoteness however once you work the bus times out , you can make do without a car plus Lidl is a 20 minute walk although there is a free shuttle bus 3 times a day (morning) and it is a fantastic Lidl.....much nicer food variety than here in the UK. "We were quite satisfied with our stay here. The apartments are a good size and our premium apartment had everything we needed. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs. The development is in a satisfactory location but I would recommend that you hire a car. We ate in the restaurant once and would not recommend it. "This hotel had an amazing atmosphere and a great location to old town. The hotel itself is magnificent with a lot of options and beautiful location. The only downfall we encountered was the room was too hot when we asked to lower the temperature they unlocked it, but the room was still so hot that we could not sleep. The vent was actually pushing out hot air. They have notices to avoid having windows open because of bugs but our choice was essentially bugs or melt. Aside from this, it was a beautiful hotel, all staff were very friendly, and the location is the best for views and walkability to the top views. Highly recommend but maybe ask for a fan in your room at night. "
