"Staff were exceptional throughout but particularly at Reception. A credit to the hotel and to Sweden. It's a nice hotel in good location and the breakfast is a superb. The common areas are really nice and relaxing. The downside is that the pool is part of the Spa and can not be used by "ordinary" guests. If you don't want the full Spa treatment you can't take a dip. The Classic Double that I stayed in had a large window into a closed courtyard facing other rooms with similarly large windows. There was no privacy and all of these rooms seemed to keep the curtains closed all day. I didn't spent a lot of the day in the room but that's a poor design."

"This is the second time that I have stayed in this hotel. I think that is a nice, quiet and clean hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. My only reservation is the clear glass wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. There is a curtain but it still feels uncomfortable. "
