"Easy check in - Friendly staff -Superior room was large with view over the lake and came with table and 2 chairs as well as the usual dressing table ,wardrobe etc. Room servicing - cleaning etc was by request only but did not find this a problem Overall a pleasant experience"

"We had a fab time in the spa and hired a boat on the lake. The hotel is lovely, all the staff are very helpful and engaging, incredibly friendly. We will definitely return and recommend it. Thank you!!"

"Excellent location that is central to most attractions. Building was under renovation but it didn’t cause us any inconvenience. Free upgrade was very welcome and staff are friendly and efficient. The only downside to our stay in this wonderful hotel was the breakfast given most of the cooked food was Luke warm to cold."
