That really upset me, because I was still sleeping! Check out time is 11am, so why are they banging on my door at 10am? I heard them do the same thing to my neighbor!! This is unacceptable! I enjoy staying here, but this is one thing that will get me to stop staying somewhere. "

"Great location for proximity to the conference center and downtown. Kind of noisy at night but this wasn't a surprise given its downtown location. The owner should provide a full set of utensils and cooking implements like a spatula, etc because I was not able to prepare any food in the apartment even though it has a stove, fridge etc. probably most annoying was the lack of communication re checking in, I finally found a phone number to call after I arrived to get that information but it was not...
