I never got the welcome text they said I would get to be able to communicate with staff. I called the 800 number once to try to get someone and couldn't get a person. I finally did get a person the next time I tried that number and that was to tell them that when we came back for the day after housekeeping had been there, our sink was clogged with muddy water. "Stayed from Friday to Sunday to ski at Mount Snow and Okemo. Very nice reception staff (they offered a refund when I had to cancel a night) and the rooms were clean and comfortable. While it was not a luxury stay, for $100 a night, it was an amazing deal, and I would highly recommend. The only issue is the walls could be slightly thicker"
