"We had a truly wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bournemouth. The family room we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable—everything was just perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. What truly stood out for us, though, was the honesty and integrity of your staff. After we had checked out, we received a call letting us know that a very precious item—my wife’s engagement ring—had been found by the cleaning staff. We hadn’t even realized it was missing yet! Your team’s honesty in returning such a sentimental item meant so much to us, and we are deeply grateful. It’s rare to find such genuine care and fairness these days, and it really left a lasting impression. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to your team for their honesty and professionalism. "Connaught is a wonderful hotel excellent rooms and even better staff ( reception, bars, dining, cleaners etc0 wide range menus, nice to sit outside ( when sun is shining of course) close to the seaside and good parking "

"Me and my partner had booked the standard double room for our stay for our night out last minute 2 more friends wanted to join us so we asked the reception to change to a family room they were very reliable friendly and welconing they swapped our rooms over with ease with of course an excess charge as standard but other than that very plesant stay in our family room will definitely returning for our next night out "

"Very positive welcome at reception even when they were training new staff.All staff in the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Dining options were perfect and food was great quality food and service.Room was clean and tidy,room serviced every day."

"freindly and efficient staff clean room and bathroom .0Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean and in great condition. Bar area was nice and open with a reasonable selection of drinks and a nice enough menu (The fish and chips I had where the best i have had in a long time a Jumbo option would have been nice)."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Legacy Rose and Crown. The hotel staff at the front desk were really pleasant and helpful. Dinner was delicious with a lovely view of the river at sunset. Breakfast was quite good, with both hot and cold options, however the coffee could have been hotter. The location is a short, pretty walk from Salisbury Cathedral. "
