"Was comfy and area was good. If it hadn't have said that I had a bath shower rather than just a shower it wouldn't have been an issue but just a heads up if that's important to you. Bring your own coffee etc as there's literally just one pod and the room wasn't cleaned for the 5 nights I stayed. Pleasant but basic hotel with no amenities but if you just want to spend a few days by the seaside it's perfect "

"Lovely stay and we were glad we decided to book it. Very clean, cosy room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Self catering and everything was provided - a small fridge, a kettle, a microwave, cutlery etc. Lovely garden, we could sit there and relax. "We have just returned after a stay in this property. All I can say is WOW! It has everything you need. If you forget any toiletries the owner David has supplied a box in the bathroom with an assortment in. He even supplies eye masks and ear plugs. We stayed in the Spa room the bed was comfortable with extra blankets if needed and black out blinds. The TV showed Amazon prime and netflix. The bathroom is big with a massive jacuzzi bath. "Great little guesthouse in a convenient, if hilly, location! Wasn't sure about the shower room being separate to the bedroom but the thoughtful provision of a robe to go to and from it made it a bit better. Very comfortable bed and a fan provided if room was too warm but I managed with an open window instead. Breakfast was a self service, basic, continental but perfectly adequate with a selection of juice, cereal, bread, packaged croissants and pain au chocolate, yoghurt and fresh fruit."

"We’re expecting a b&b but got a unattended house with a room only found out the afternoon before that no one would be there and we would have to go elsewhere for breakfast would never have stayed had we known earlier that this was the case . The room was pleasant enough .For what we paid would have expected a lot better."
