"House is spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were conveniently located on both floors. Everything was clean and tidy. It's clear Ron is doing continuous updates to the property, but that didn't bother us at all. Location is very peaceful with gorgeous views and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Ron is right on site and readily available if needed. We'd definitley stay again."

"Let's start with the good. Convenient location for our son's wedding at Evergreen Farms, lots of space and parking, modern kitchen, working internet and modern TVs (that even allowed streaming from our phones). Easy interactions with both the manager and the owner. Now the not-so-good. First, the owner was supposed to meet us at check-in, but never showed up. We were given the lockbox code so we were able to get in without a problem, but no tour. The odd decor hits you immediately upon entry....

"Beautifully appointed home on a beautiful lake in Woodstock, CT. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake, visiting nearby orchards and hiking the many scenic trails nearby. Many great restaurants in the area as well. Although we did not partake, there is a great rail trail nearby for hiking, walking, etc. The home listing is very accurate, the kitchen is well equipped, and the cleanliness of the home is top notch. "Stayed there durring the weekend of my sister in laws wedding down in mystic. Nice lake house. A little hard to find in the middle of the night after our flight arrived. "

"Wonderful place to camp for a large family, particularly in summertime. Great view of the lake and the best sunsets. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this cozy little cabin by the lake. The place was clean and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy quality time with our son. We especially enjoyed the retro/mid-century decorations throughout the home. So much fun! We would not hesitate to stay here again!"

"Cosy cottage house with a lovely large deck and backyard with direct access to the lake. We enjoyed the house amenities. Not sure the dishwasher works well: dishes in the kitchen cabinets were not the cleanest upon arrival. The bathroom water had a strange sulfur-like smell. We used bottled water to brush teeth and did not drink out of the kitchen either. Other than that, the house was quite pleasant and comfortable."

"Our stay was only one night, but it was a very fun night and morning. The property was beautiful. The walking trails were great for a morning walk.
