"The Tree House was a perfect spot for our quick mountain getaway. The neighborhood, blooming with so much spring color, reminded us of our beloved Virginia Highlands in ATL with easy walk to all the wonderful restaurants, breweries and shops downtown with the ease of a quick 2 block walk for Chick-fil-a biscuits and 3 grocery options for breakfast/snacks to prep in the cute kitchen. Apartment and house with so much old, quirky charm - even the creaks spoke of its history as you walked the floors...

"This loft is better than advertised. So comfy and decorated to the nines! The Artist Loft is centrally located in downtown Black Mountain. You walk right out of the front door and you are in middle of coffee/martini bars, restaurants and eclectic shops. The beds are super cozy and the little coffee table by the window is a great spot to watch sunrises and people watch. "

"The owners were nice and helpful. The room is comfortable, beautifully appointed with early 20th century furnishings, a large bathroom with a soaking tub with a shower, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Entrance to the room is directly from outside so you do not enter any other area of the house. There’s a nearby park with a walking trail. There’s also a large stone patio right outside the room. We would definitely stay again. We had a lovely weekend!"

"We had a great stay at this apartment! It was exactly as advertised clean, spacious, and even bigger than we expected. While it comfortably fits eight people, it was perfect for our group of four. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Love the tea selection.A few minor things to note: the windows are a bit thin, so outside noise can be noticeable. Also, Biltmore Village is still recovering from Hurricane Helena, so there isn’t much to do in the immediate area. However,...

"We were greeted by our friendly host Ashima upon arrival who provided a quick orientation. The lodging is in the lower level walk-out, with plenty of good light. Ideally located in Montford, easily walkable to downtown. Highly recommended. "
