"We rented this to get together with family from out of town and out of state. The home was beautiful with comfy beds and high end finishes. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was very spacious and had enough seating for everyone. Perfect family Christmas!"

"I met with some family for a visit. We met in Texarkana as it is pretty close to midway for everyone. The house is in a nice neighborhood and clean. There are 3 bedrooms, 4 beds total and a sectional couch. It is not cluttered with decor like many places and the fireplace is nice. There is covered seating outside. I would definitely stay here again."

"Grace Cottage has a wonderful historic feel that blends well with the ambiance of Washington, AR but has the updates to make it comfortable for current times. The location is perfect for people who want to explore the state park. The cottage was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels!"

It’s spacious enough for two couples, with both levels equally beautiful. The ambiance is peaceful, making it an excellent spot for relaxation. Highly recommend!"

"This cottage is in downtown Nashville and close to everything. The cottage was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee and creamer that we we used before stocking up with groceries. This is the first VRBO that we have stayed at where the TVs were easy to use and we were able to watch our favorite channels. "

"Check-in process was terrible. Took 3 different combinations before we got entry. Could have had a few more bowls, pots, pans and wine glasses in the kitchen. Master Bedroom did not have a nightstand/light. After stripping the bed sheets the mattress pads obviously needed to be washed."

"This property did the job for a recent work trip. We liked the spacious kitchen and loved how responsive our host Rebecca was. I appreciated the fenced-in backyard for my dog. The road was too close and speed limit too high for him to use the front yard. Some things to keep in mind: - The water tastes like dirt, so bring some water jugs. A local told me there are 2 aquifers; 1 is okay and the other is worse (what this property has) - The open shower layout, while modern, lets water splash out...

"The cozy, modernized home was decorated for the holidays and was quite nicely done. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with every cooking implement we needed. The property backed onto a hiking trail and had a large yard and fire pit. Would stay again! "

"Stayed at this property with our mom and my 2 brothers to recognize my mom on her 85th and visit my dad’s gravesite. We live in the Texas panhandle. This property was absolutely perfect for our visit. Can’t imagine how things could have been any better. "

"The house is located in a quite, but convenient area. Large back yard, comfortable couch, and the right amount of kitchen accessories. Only complaints are there are no lamps in the bedrooms, the beds and pillows were pretty rough to sleep on and the AC sounded like a hurricane, but it had no problem staying cool."

"Property was nice and clean. Kitchen was fine. TV had a lot of channels to pick from. Location was good. Several stores just a few minutes away. My two critiques are the smell of cigarette smoke. It is not heavy, and you get used to it fairly quickly, but it is noticeable. The other is the electrical plugs in the bathrooms do not work."
