The manager Kobayashi san went above and beyond by acting as a liaison, translating my car issues, with the car rental company to resolve the problem. "

The staff was very welcoming and there was one person that spoke good English to help with questions. The room was a little small, but very clean and comfortable. Hotel is located right in the center of the downtown area and a very short walk from the okaido shopping area. Easy access to lots of different food and shops."
