"Staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a small problem with the heating system in our room and the young lady in the reception offered us an electric heater which was really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Cleaner was also very lovely and friendly lady. The hotel is located very close to the airport which is a great advantage for those travelling with planes. "

"The price of this hotel is worth it. The room is spacious. Perfect for a family. It has the best value. You can easily go to this hotel from the tram station near the hotel. It only take like 7 minutes of tram to get to the city center. The staff and managers from the hotel and restaurant are very professional and helpful. "Nice rooms, but beds did not have a fitted sheet between flat sheet and mattress protector, so you had to sleep in contact with either the mattress protector or the comforter. I asked for a fitted sheet, but none was provided."
