"The grounds of this place are beautiful. The room was just ok. It was in the "Heritage" section and on the smaller side. The shower was the smallest we'd seen in the 6 hotels we stayed in during our trip. It also was the only one without a makeup mirror and the only one who did not provide a tote bag to use when going to the beach or for excursions. Possibly the rooms in the other side of the hotel are nicer. The ones on the website look much nicer than the ones we were given."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Below average in every aspect. The pictures are not accurate of the property. The staff can barely speak a word of English. And quite unfriendly if you ask for anything. The beds are hard as rocks and we shouldn’t even talk about the rest of the room. I think they have not done any renovations since 1974. Gino & Monica were instant family. I always felt so safe and taken care of by both of them. I had no idea how special this stay would become. "The location is wonderful and unique. The sea seems the caribbean. Unluckily the management of the place is anachronistic. You pay a hotel price for a super basic service. Services are very poor and you pay everything extra. Wifi is extra, Air conditioning is extra and also didn't work properly. TV wasn't working and we asked four times to fix it but nobody came.
