"We very much enjoyed our stay here, particularly the service provided by Roy. We had a problem with a delayed bag on our flight and even though this was in no way the responsibility of the hotel, Roy helped us with communications and other assistance. The room itself is large and the kitchen is well furnished."

"Location was good not far from the city, owner needs to be mindful the leave enough supplies of toilet paper etc if guest stay is more than two days. Handwashing was broken too."

"This property was completed renovated and in excellent condition. The view of the water from the King bed was very picturesque. Management service was excellent and communicated by email. Please be aware, 40 steps to get to the front door, making luggage difficult if heavy or large. Good for a backpack and another 14 steps to the walking path. "Excellent location, fantastic views of the lake. A well equipped and appointed accommodation, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Access to the walking track into the town centre along the lake side and close to the Remarkables shopping centre.Lovely but small balcony to enjoy the view, morning coffee and especially to enjoy the sunset. Would definitely stay again. "

"This is a beautiful place on a beautiful street. The house feels like home. Our only problem was that the air conditioning doesn’t cool the upstairs bedrooms. We don’t mind sleeping with the windows opened except the street is very busy and loud, even at night until 11:00pm."

"It feels like home away from home, got everything you need for your convenience. Beautiful view, it’s very close to downtown, airport, grocery stores ... provided that you have your own transportation. You can walk to downtown but that will take too much time. "

"Close to city centre (15 min walk) and very accessible off the main road. Rooms were small but had everything you need. The breakfast was a nice touch! Would stay again for sure."

Had a great stay

"We had a great stay here. We stayed two nights, really enjoyed having the kitchen for breakfast and dinner. It was clean and organized, with sections for your food based on your room. Fully stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, etc. the bathrooms were decent and clean. We would recommend and would stay here again! They also have laundry facilities which is helpful. It’s about a 7-10 minute walk into town and there’s a grocery store nearby that was fully stocked and cheaper than the one in the center. Thank you!"

"Property is easy walking distance to downtown. Cleanliness was high, bed comfortable, hot water worked fine. Kitchen is adequately outfitted. Checkout is early (10 AM) but that seems common in Queenstown. Luggage storage room is locked, self-service (with key from reception desk), and easily accessible."
